Nobody likes being stereotyped whether it’s good or bad. And for the most part when we think of them it’s often not a good thing. In the world of sneakers and sneakerheads you may think there is any but there is actually a few that are actually true to this day. I’m not talking about stereotype that says everybody loves J’s (which is completely and totally TRUE). I’m referring to the stereotype that says we freak out when it comes to wearing and keeping our sneakers clean and as fresh as possible (also extremely true). I’ve come across this stereotype many times before and just today I was asked if my shoes were new. My reply was no and that I’ve had them since March. He then said “Oh are you one of those people that go crazy when you get the tiniest mark on your shoes?” I wasn’t mad by his remark because it was true. I do freak out,i do get angry, and so would any other sneaker head or enthusiast. SO WATCH YOUR DAMN STEP. The average person wouldn’t understand that I keep my kicks so clean and barely wear them, and when I do I make sure I don’t get any scuffs or let people disrespect them and step all over my toes. And in the case that I do get a scuff the second I get back home I clean it off with my Jason Markk shoe cleaner (http://jasonmarkk.com/). It’s becoming more known that people don’t like having dirty kicks and take the proper actions to keep them clean. As for the stereotype, it will always remain true but us sneaker misfits don’t have a problem being fresh on a daily basis.

Today I’m coming to you guys with info on the highly visited and subscribed NikeBlog. Many of you might already know about this blog, but I have 5 reasons to share with you as to why you should keep following them and even tell your friends to check them out.

To begin with, NikeBlog is not just written by one person, they allow fellow credible sneaker enthusiast with great knowledge in the Nike shoe game to write and post for them. So if any of you think you’re credible enough and want the chance to drop some knowledge on their blog, you could have the chance.

Secondly, they have info on different brands and companies that are affiliated with Nike such as Jordan which is just a branch off of Nike, the NFL whom Nike sponsors, and many more. With that being said, this blog covers everything from sneakers, apparel, and even Nike uniforms.

In addition to the two previous points, NikeBlog uploads pictures and videos for their subscribers to view and comment on which always grabs the attention of people who visit their page.

As well as having info on brands they’re affiliated with, this blog includes posts on completely different brands, sports from hockey to baseball, celebrities with their own line of sneakers, and even universities across the nation that are sponsored by Nike. To me I find this to be just an extra bonus to this dope blog because you will find an abundance of other topics.

Lastly, this blog has advertisements from big names such as ESPN and Eastbay posted on their page. I think that if these companies are paying to have their ads put on this blog they know how much traffic it that the blog receives and that it can help get their name out there even more.

I’d like to thank you guys for taking the time to read up on my blog and hope you take some more time to go check out NikeBlog ( http://www.nikeblog.com/) And as always keep it fresh.
